Defeating the Spy

The Spy is a powerful foe with a ton of health and decent equipment. Luckily, this is a 1-on-1 duel, so you can use superior positioning and movement to bait the AI to attack you, then counter-attack as fast as possible.

If you’re not great at combat, you should wait till you have some decent armor and weapons to take on The Spy, as they can hit hard and end up knocking you out.

You will enter the duel with the weapons you have equipped on your Inventory screen. You start rather far away, so use any ranged weapons you have to lower The Spy’s health before moving in and facing him in melee combat.

Finally, once in pitched battle, back up and circle the enemy while blocking, then try to counter-attack in a direction away from their shield. You may have to hit them several times to be fully knocked out. Try to hit areas that are left exposed by a lack of armor.
