The following characters are playable in One Piece Odyssey:
Monkey D. Luffy
Captain of the “Straw Hat Pirates” and Rubber man who ate the Gum-Gum Fruit. His dream is to conquer the “Grand Line” and become the King of Pirates. His trademark is the straw hat he got from his hero, Shanks, when he was young.
Roronoa Zoro
Star Hat Pirates combatant. He uses the three-sword style and promises to become the world’s greatest swordsman with his childhood friend who passed away when they were children. He used to be a bounty hunter known as “pirate hunter,” but became a member of the Straw Hat Crew because he shared Luffy’s dream of becoming “King of the Pirates.”
Nami
Straw Hat Pirates navigator. She used to be a thief, who specialized in pirates and followed Luffy and his crew, but she joined them after Luffy, and his crew saved her hometown, which was under the control of Arlong and his gang of Fish-Man Pirates. Her dream is to “create a world map.” Extremely knowledgeable about reading the weather for navigation and supports the adventure of the Straw Hat Pirates.
Usopp
Straw Hat Pirates sharpshooter. He is a coward and a clown, but his sniping skills are the best of the best. Usopp met the Straw Hats as he tried to scare them off his home island, but instead, he soon made friends with them. His father Yasopp is a renowned pirate and sharpshooter for the Red-Haired Pirates led by “Red-Haired” Shanks, whom Luffy admires.
Sanji
Sanji is the cook of the Straw Pirates. He used to be an assistant chef at the restaurant “Baratie.” He joined the Straw Hat Crew to fulfill his dream of finding the legendary ocean, “All Blue,” where wildlife from all around the world can be found. He specializes in kicking techniques because he does not want to risk damaging his hands, as he needs them to cook. He incomparably loves women, often falling desperately in love at first sight.
Nico Robin
Nico Robin is the archaeologist of the Straw Hat Crew. Having eaten the “Flower-Flower” Devil Fruit, she is able to blossom any part of her body anywhere, like a flower. She was hunted down since she was young, having the rare ability to decipher the cryptic language of Poneglyphs, which made her threatening to the World Government. Saved by Luffy and the Crew from execution, she became a member of the Straw Hat Crew.
Tony Tony Chopper
Chopper is the Crew’s Doctor. He used to be a blue-nosed reindeer, but after eating the “Human-Human Fruit,” he gained human abilities and became a human reindeer. In his hometown, he was feared as a monster, but after meeting and living with Dr. Hiriluk and Kureha, he pursued the dream of becoming a doctor who can cure any disease.
Franky
Franky is the Straw Hat Pirates’ shipwright and full-body cyborg. He used to be the leader of the “Franky Family” in Water Seven and was uniting the ruffians, ultimately joining forces with the Straw Hats against the Government’s agents. Franky’s dream is to create a ship and circumnavigate the world with it.
Brook
Brook is the Straw Hat Pirates’ musician and a Reviving Human who came back to life as a skeleton after his death after eating the “Revive-Revive” Fruit. He met Luffy while wandering the ocean sector called “Florian Triangle” for around 50 years: stranded and deprived of his shadow by the evil Gecko Moria. After the defeat of Moria, Brook joins the Straw Hat Crew.
