In Darkest Dungeon 2, the Shrine of Reflection is a node that unlocks new hero abilities after finishing a short cut-scene or mission.
In Darkest Dungeon 2, Hero Shrines or the Shrine of Reflection is an important aspect of powering up each of your heroes. By visiting the Bell node on the map, you’ll unlock new, powerful abilities to open up combat possibilities in your party. Each Hero Shrine will display each character’s backstory and will sometimes be accompanied by a battle you need to win to unlock the new skill.
