BitLife is gearing up for Halloween weekend with the Phantom Flipper Challenge. This week, players will need to evict some spiritual resident from their haunted property and then sell it for a profit. Here’s a quick guide on how to complete the Phantom Flipper Challenge in BitLife.

To complete the Phantom Flipper Challenge:
- Become an exorcist.
- Purchase 10+ haunted properties.
- Exorcise 15+ spirits.
- Earn more than $5M by flipping haunted properties.
- Live in a haunted mansion.
The first thing you’ll want to do after graduating from high school is to get a high-paying job. You may want to go to college first, so you can get a high-paying job to fuel your real estate ventures. You can go for a high-paying job in Finance or maybe start your own business, or just continue a life of a rich person you already have in BitLife.

After you have enough money to buy haunted properties, it’s time to get a job as an exorcist. Exorcist is a random full-time job you can find by browsing the in-game job listings. If you do not see it, age up a year or restart the app.
Next, you’re ready to scoop up some haunted properties. Go into the Assets tab, and tap Go Shopping. Browse any of the real estate listings and search for haunted properties. These randomly occur, so you can restart your app or age up to refresh the list.
Once you have a haunted property, you can go into it from the Assets tab. You will see a Spirits tab, and that’s where you can browse a list of Spirits that occupy the property. Click on any of the spirits, and then Exorcise them. Since you’re an exorcist, you can do it yourself instead of hiring someone to do it for you.
After exorcising the ghosts in your property, you can go back into the property and choose the Renovate option to do some renovations and increase your property value. After increasing its value, pick the Sell option to put it on the market. You aim to flip it for more money than you paid and earn at least $5,000,000 in total by doing this repeatedly.
You’ll want to live in a haunted mansion, so pick the biggest one you can find and live in it to get credit for the final part of the challenge. That’s all there is to complete this week’s Phantom Flipper Challenge in BitLife!
