Some of the Trophies in the Dead Space Remake span across several Chapters, so you’ll need to complete side missions throughout the game. One such Trophy is the Premeditated Malpractice: Final Regeneration Trophy, which spans 4 chapters starting in Chapter 5.
Premeditated Malpractice Final Regeneration Trophy Guide
To get the Premeditated Malpractice: Final Regeneration Trophy in the Dead Space Remake, you need to complete the following four side quests:
- Chapter 5: Collect and Scan Tissue Sample
- Chapter 7: Investigate Ore Storage
- Chapter 8: Find the Report on the Bridge
- Chapter 10: Investigate Hydroponics
Chapter 5: Collect and Scan Tissue Sample
After you kill the hunter in Chapter 5, collect the Tissue Sample from the Cryogenic pod in Cryogenics, which will initiate Premediated Malpractice. From here, open your Journal and track the “Scan Tissue Sample” objective. Use your Locator to navigate the Main Lab, then take the lift down to find the scanner and scan your sample.
After you scan the sample, open your Journal, and you’ll see the new objective, “Find Harris’s ICU Bed.” Use your Locator to find the path; you’ll run into a few Necromorphs that shoot projectiles from tendrils in the wall — it’s best to ignore these as they eat up a lot of ammo. Once you make it to the bed, a cut scene will play.
Chapter 7: Investigate Ore Storage
In Chapter 7, you’ll have an objective to Active the Launch Tubes, with the side object to Investigate Ore Storage. Use your Kenisis abilities to use the crate to block the lasers as you make your way down the halls. Once you reach the end of the hallway, interact with the console, and you’ll complete the Investigate Ore Storage side objective.
Chapter 8: Find the Report on the Bridge
While in Chapter 8, while in the Main Atrium on The Bridge, you’ll find a large main console that you need to interact with. Shortly afterward, you’ll see a recording. Once complete, you’ll have finished this part of Premeditated Malpractice.
Chapter 10: Investigate Hydroponics
The Investigate Hydroponics is the last objective you’ll need to complete to finish the Premeditated Malpractice: Final Regeneration Trophy. To finish the last leg of the achievement, use the Tram to the Diagnostic Lab, then use the Locator and make your way to Hydroponics. Once you activate the console, you’ll have completed the challenge and should get the achievement!
