Vampire Survivors has introduced a few new survivors in the Legacy of the Moonspell DLC, and the fourth one you will unlock is Babi-Onna. Before you try to get this character, you may want to check out our guide on how to unlock Syuuto, and he’s a prerequisite for unlocking Babi-Onna.
How to Unlock Babi-Onna in Vampire Survivors
To unlock Babi-Onna in Vampire Survivors, you need to evolve the Summon Night into Echo Night. Summon Night can be evolved into Echo Night by maxing out the Summon Night and having the Duplicator passive skill. Once you have both of those items, you can find the upgrade inside any chest.
As you probably know by now, the Summon Night weapon is Syuuto’s starting weapon. So, the easiest way to do this is to start on any map with Syuuto. All you need to upgrade Syuuto’s Summon Night weapon into Echo Night is a Duplicator.
Unlike the other new weapons, you don’t need to max out the Duplicator to upgrade Summon Night, so a level one will do just fine. Of course, you do, however, need to max the Summon Night to level eight. The problem is that the Summon Night skill can be a little bit weak at the start of the game. Therefore, you will need to rely on some alternative weapons to pick up the slack until you’re able to evolve it.
We recommend going with your favorite early-game weapon to complement the Summon Night until you can max it out and find a duplicator. Then, loot any chest for the Echo Night, and you’ll see your Syuuto evolve into a stronger form and start tearing everything to shreds.
As for Babi-Onna, this survivor ignores weapons cooldown, and weapons are all fired at a fixed interval when moving. You’ll need to test this one out for yourself; it’s definitely an interesting survivor that can make for some unique builds. Babi-Onna also starts with the Mirage Robe weapon, which leaves a clone of himself behind, damaging enemies who are within the radius.
Now that you have Babi-Onna, you can unlock McCoy-Oni.
