We have the full list of cooking recipes in Smalland, including the required ingredients and the effects they provide.

Staying nourished is part of the survival aspect of Smalland: Survive the Wilds. You can stay nourished by eating raw foods or cooked foods. The latter provides far more nourishment, as well as other benefits. Below is a list of all the cooking recipes in Smalland, including the nourishment and bonus effects they provide.

How to Get Food

Food is obtained in two ways in Smalland:

  1. Harvesting
  2. Killing insects

You’ll encounter many types of foods, such as Strawberries, Edible Mushrooms, and Blackberries while roaming around the in-game world. These foods can be harvested, and some of them can even be eaten raw. They can also be cooked into foods that provide more nourishment and keep your Smallfolk nourished for longer.

Similarly, killing insects is another way to get edible items, such as Bug’s Lymph and Insect Eggs. Insects also drop a variety of ingredients that can be used in cooking recipes. Recipes are cooked at either the Campfire, Cauldron, or Stone Oven.
