Undisputed, the new boxing game by Steel City Interactive, has had some bumps in the road since it originally launched into Early Access on January 31, 2023, one of which may be padding the records of some “Undisputed” level fighters.
New games, especially those in Early Access, are bound to have issues, and really — it’s just par for the course. After all, as gamers, we’d rather development teams release a polished “final version” rather than rush out some unplayable mess. The Undisputed Early Access version is not immune to issues either, as some users are reporting.
What is the Undisputed No Loss Glitch?
One of these bugs could have some pretty severe consequences, at least for the ranked ladder on the game. The “no loss glitch” allows players to disconnect from a Ranked match, only to receive a win in their record rather than a loss. This glitch was first discovered by content creator @Zelonius on Twitter and other Undisputed players in the Undisputed Discord.
Zelonius claims that he has first-hand knowledge of an offending player who was using the no-loss disconnect glitch. While it’s anecdotal, it is evidence that the glitch exists.
Meanwhile, on the official Undisputed Discord, some users are also speaking about the no-loss glitch affecting their games.
While we can’t say how to perform the glitch (nor would we want to), we can say that we’ve also experienced people instantly disconnecting, though we’re not sure if that is just a coincidence or points to a potential glitch. We’ll be sure to update you in our News Section as this story develops.
