The survival game known as Vampire Survivors is a breath of fresh air for lovers of old-school pixel games. With over 20 characters to choose from and dozens of weapons available to collect, this game has lots of possibilities that add to the replay value. Every player starts with one character, but there are many more to unlock, and we have everything you need to know below.
We have the full list of Vampire Survivors characters, including both regular and secret characters, their starting weapons, passive bonuses, and how to unlock them. Players can purchase most of the characters with gold, but you’ll need to meet special requirements, find hidden items, or defeat special bosses to obtain some of them.
Vampire Survivors Characters
There are currently 18 base characters available to play in Vampire Survivors. There are an additional five secret characters that can be unlocked through hidden in-game activities or button sequences. Below is a list of all Vampire Survivors characters, their starting weapons, passive bonuses, and unlock requirements. The first character you start with in Vampire Survivors is Antonio Belpaese.

There are various ways to unlock new characters in Vampire Survivors, and each character has a set of requirements. Antonio, Imelda, Pasqualina, and Gennaro can all be purchased for Gold. All other characters have different requirements.
The best character in Vampire Survivors is a matter of personal preference. Each character comes with unique passive bonuses that may benefit you differently depending on your objective.
